Red Pineau composed of 2 grape varieties: 60 % of Merlot and 40% of Cabernet Franc.
Our Pineau exists in 75 cl and in 20 cl
Referenced in the 2009, 2010 and 2011 Hachette wine guide. Medalled with a Gold at the 2009 contest "saveurs régionales".
How to drink it: aperitif, with melon, with a fruit salad such as strawberry salad, with a sorbet or a chocolate dessert. There are many recipes where you can use the Pineau rosé G & C RABY.
Serve it at a temperature between 8 and 10°C.
